1:Preparetion

Customers will send us 2D/3D drawing /samples for discussion,Based on Customer's requirements for material ,finish, or other specific needs ,we will send customer a very accurate quotation.

2:Material Procurment

Before We purchase the raw material ,we will strictly check the quality of this material with its sample ,do the testing and check all the relevant documentation such as certifacates .

3:Programming

Our experienced programmer will program the piece we are going to make. they defines the cutting parameters such as feed rate, spindle speed, and depth of cut.

4:Machining

when all is setup ,the workpiece will be under the process of milling ,turning ,drilling etc.,based on the parts we are going to make ,we will select the right tools to work on it,like CNC Turning,milling etc.,

5:Inspection

After machining, the part is inspected for dimensional accuracy, - Measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) are used.

6:Surface Finishing

Depending on the requirements, additional finishing operations may be performed such as deburring, polishing, or coating black oxide ,eletricplating etc.marks or logos by laser engraving,silk screen etc,see more for to our homepage of the surface treatment.we can provide customers
with any surface finishes they want .

7.Quality control

The finished part is subjected to final quality control checks to ensure it meets the specifications. - Any defective parts are identified and either reworked or scrapped.

Different parts Are packed in different way,we mainly use pearl bag to pack ,but we can pack as requested,when all the packing is done,we will arrange for shipping to our customers.
