1:Preparetion for quotation

Customers will tell us his ideas,or send us 2D/3D drawing /samples for discussion.Based on Customer's requirements for material ,finish, or other specific needs ,we will send customer a very accurate quotation.

2:Deisgn Process and DFM report

If customers got only ideas or similar items ,we will help customer to deisgn thier product ,if customers already got thier deisgn drawing ,we will do a full DMF report for customer.

3:Prototype proccess

A prototype is an early sample, built to test the products ,there are many ways to do prototype,which includs SLA, SLS, CNC, PJP etc,we will choose the right way to do the prototype based on the product material .

4:Mould design and Mould Making

After the prototyping is finished and approved by customer,we will start to design the mould and make the injection mould ,which usually takes about 15 to 30 days to make according to the complex of the plastic parts

5:pre-production sample

We will start to make the preproduction sample and send for customer's approval,there might be some changes needed to make during the process,we will always change and make prepreduction sample first before mass production.

6:Mass production

when got the customer's ok sign,we will start to make the plastic parts,which includes the right plastic material procurement,plastic parts injection ,and maybe surface treatment if needed,like color painting,logo printing,laser engraving ,uv printing etc.

7:assembly service

We also provides customer with assemble service ,we got our own assembly lines to ensure that our customer can get a fully finished items without worrying any other process

8：Quality control

we will carefully check each plastic parts with or without assemble at our side,every single defected one will be revoked immediately and remake the new good ones for replacement

9:Packing and shipping

Each items will be packed in opp bag ,or packed as customer's request,the packing is always customized if customer desires,then will arrange the shipping based on different situations.

2. How many kinds of moulds can you make?
We can make many kinds of moulds, such as plastic injection moulds, blowing moulds, stamping mould, die casting moulds and silicone rubber moulds.

3.What's the software you will use to check the drawing? And what's format of drawing you can check?
Our designers and engineer shall use AUTO CAD and Soliworks software to check 2D and 3d drawing We can check the drawings with PDF, Al, DWG(CAD ) and STP(3D)or IGS(3D)formats.

4. Will you send me the free sample?
Yes, but you should charge the freight by yourself. We can return the fee if you place a bulk.

5. How to pack the moulds and products?
For moulds, we will be coated one-layer anti-rust oil first, and then also will be covered thin films on themould, finally pack
into non-fumigation wooden case And as to products, we will pack into standard export cartons or as per customers requres to pack.

6. I only got idea or only have similar samples in hand, can you also make the product for me?
Yes, you can send us samples and tell us what you want to make , we can help you make 3D models according to the samples and your ideas , finally, we can help you develop the projects with mass production.

7. My requirement is low volume at the beginning, can you also help me to custom my products?
Yes, we can start from smaller quantity as we are manufacturer.
